About

The Summer School of the Department of Mathematics of the Universidade de Brasília was idealized at the beginning of the 70's. More than 40 editions of the event were held since 1972. Each year the event has been re-edited. Now, the forty-ninth edition will take place from January 6th to February 10, 2020. The XII Summer Workshop in Mathematics will take place between February 10 to 14, 2020, just after the Summer School.

The two events will offer lectures, minicourses and postgraduate disciplines. It is important to mention that the disciplines of the Summer School will provide complementary parameters to enable the selection of candidates and distribution of scholarships for those interested in joining our Master Program.
